200 South Main Street is a 12,000 SF urban mixed use project occupying the site of a former gas station in Sebastopol, California. Developed by the non-profit Charter Foundation, the project included classrooms, meeting and conference rooms, offices and assembly space. The Sebastopol Independent Charter school occupies the upper floor and retail occupies the Main Street spaces. The building is designed to convert to residential or office use at a future date. The property is centrally located in the downtown core and well served by the city street networks. It is considered ideal from the standpoint of smart growth and sustainable development.
